Pastor Chris Williams is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Rehoboth International Covenant Church located in Randallstown, Maryland. Pastor Chris was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He earned a Bachelors degree from Langston University in Social Science. He began the ministry in his home with family members in September, 1993.

The church's growth enabled a move to the current facility at 9016 Liberty Rd., originally as a tenant along with eleven other businesses. In April, 2003 the church purchased the Business Complex. Pastor Chris is also the President and Founder of R.I.C.C. Incorporation, (Restoring Institutions of Church and Community). This corporation was formed to oversee the revitalization of the professional center which houses the church. He is a key member of UDAT Committee (Urban Development Action Team) which planned the design of a Pocket Park that is located at the corners of Liberty and McDonough Rds.

 An entrepreneur at heart, Pastor Chris has expanded the professional center to include the acquisition of the former Bank of America Building, a historic landmark, also located on the corners of Liberty McDonough Roads.

Pastor Williams is a consummate teacher and preacher of the Word of God. His teachings have propelled transformation in the lives of God's people.

Pastor Chris is married to Cathy Williams and they have two children, Christal and Isstar.
