Born in New Haven Connecticut October 26, 1960. Attended New Haven Public Schools. Moved to West Haven in 1974. Graduated from West Haven High School in the summer of 1977 Denise Attended the University of New Haven in West Haven Connecticut, in 1977 at the age of 16 and became the youngest freshman on her campus. In 1979 she became a radio announcer with a mid day Jazz music program.   Graduating in 1982 with a BS Degree in Communications, she continued working at the Universities radio station WNHU leaving R&B and Jazz format for Contemporary Gospel Music in 1982 after accepting the Lord. She accepted the Lord on Thursday September 9th of 1982 at 5:51pm

Denise attended the Thomas Chapel Church of Christ Disciples of Christ in New Haven, Connecticut at the request of her mother Her Pastor at that time was Elder Walter Williams lll. Denise Attended Thomas Chapel for 41/2 years. She was a faithful Sunday school student as well as attended Bible Study and sang in the Young Adult Choir.  In 1985 Denise became a member of Living Word Ministries under the Pastor Richard Mallette in West Haven, Connecticut. She served in the Choir, Nursery, Radio Ministry, Phone Ministry and Television Ministry. Denise attended Bible Study at Living Word and Christ Chapel Church under the Pastor Rev. Philpot for 2 years. During the course of this time she successfully led many friends and family members to Jesus. Denise continued on the air as a radio announcer while working in New York City at Viacom International as a Program Coordinator. Denise also worked as a Floor Manager for a local cable Christian television program.

Continuing in her Christian walk in 1986 Denise Married Richard O’Neil Allen and from this union they have 1 Son Richard Joel Allen. Denise continued on the air as a radio announcer while also working at John Casablanca's Model Talent Management as a Television acting and Speech instructor. One night in 1988 the Lord spoke instruction to her regarding the call of an Evangelist and she knew in the appointed time He would reveal this call to her.  In July of 1993 as an act of faith Denise packed up her home trusting God for a new house. Two weeks later her husband Richard received news of a transfer with promotion in Danville, VA. On August 1st of 1993 Richard and Denise moved to Danville with their 4 year old son Joel.

In the new move many changes took place and many trial and test followed but Denise held on to Jesus every step of the way, On December 10, 2006 the call to Evangelist came forth. Denise can still be heard on the air as a morning announcer on WILA radio in Danville Virginia while being actively involved at her church Mount Zion House of Restoration under the leadership of Elder Barry W. Adams, Denise says her main focus as a minister of the Gospel is to reach people where they are, to give hope and to bring the word of God into any situation they may be facing realizing as life has taught her with Faith you can please God.

Our mission is to glorify God as we preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, teach love and work in peace among all people, admonishing them to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior as we wait His return.
